Staff Training Institute Quetta is a premier training institute operating under the Ministry of Labour and Manpower, Government of Balochistan. The institute is dedicated to the professional development and capacity building of TVET instructors from various trades across the province.

Our institute offers structured six-month instructor training programs designed to equip instructors with essential pedagogical skills, trade-specific competencies, and modern digital tools aligned with the National Vocational Qualification Framework (NVQF). These programs prepare instructors to deliver quality training in line with competency-based training and assessment (CBT&A) standards.

In addition, the institute conducts short-term refresher courses aimed at updating instructors with the latest teaching methodologies, technological advancements, and industry-relevant skills to keep pace with the evolving demands of the modern workforce.
